Bread is one of the things most people say they miss on this program. Here is my bread recipe. Let me know what you think and how you have improved my recipe. I like the original recipe but have variations for a chocolate bread, and cheddar biscuits.

Ingredients: |

1 Packet | Ideal Protein Pancake Mix |
1/2 Packet | Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding |
1.5 oz | Egg Whites |
2.5 oz | Water |
1/4 tsp | Baking Powder |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour evenly into 6 muffin tins
- Bake for 15 minutes or until done
Best served warm. Try substituting vanilla pudding with other flavors, I have tried chocolate pudding and crushed white cheddar ridges and liked them both.
