Drinking is one of the pitfalls of a successful phase 1. We often find ourselves at a social event and find it hard not to participate in the event. Here is a great refreshing drink that will keep you on track and away from temptation.

Ingredients: 

 
 
 8 oz Soda Water
 2 wedges Lime 
 1 sprig Mint
 1 packet Stevia
 6 cubes Ice

 Instructions: 

  1. Muddle the lime, mint and soda water together in a glass
  2. Mix in the stevia
  3. Add ice
  4. Enjoy

2oz Walden Farms Creamer Original is my favorite for this but any work well

1 Sweet Drops or Water Drops flavor of your choice. Use to taste
